Hot pink
Height:
15"

July-August
Hardiness:

Why you need this plant:        The 'Cosmopolitan' Garden Phlox Plant is just one of the newer varieties from Dutch breeder Jan Verschoor and is part of his 'Cocktail™' Series, a line of more compact summer Phlox. Cosmopolitan has florets that are the most amazing shade of deep pink with lavender-blue veining and shading but with a striking red eye that lends intense interest to this garden Phlox.

There is no doubt that gardeners will soon be shortening its name to 'Cosmo' as it becomes a customer favorite in gardens across the U.S

Planting Info:       Plant in a sunny, well-drained location with adequate moisture.  Plant with sufficient organic matter to get the longest bloom time and maximum height.  Excellent in the perennial border and will attract butterflies.  Deadheading may prolong bloom and encourage a second bloom after plant is established.  Plant is mildew resistant but still allow for proper air circulation.  Plant 18-24 inches apart.
