Planting Info:       Most prefer climates with cool wet winters and long dry summers.  They prefer well-drained, moderately fertile, slightly acidic, sandy soil.  They like plenty of water in the growing season and should be mulched in dry areas.  Spent flowers should be cut away to prolong plant life and prevent self seeding.  Propagate from cuttings or by division in early spring.  Watch for slugs and snails.
