Why you need this plant:    A new, vastly improved version of pink coneflower. Richer, red-toned flowers are arranged in a non-drooping, horizontal fashion. Drought tolerant. Makes a striking presence in mass and can be used in borders or in meadow gardens.   A true summer perennial that thrives in the heat  and humidity. Attracts butterflies.

 
Planting Info:    Very drought resistant once established, Coneflowers require little effort to maintain their brilliance.  You may want to deadhead the spent for aesthetic purposes only.  Makes a great cut flower.
