Planting Info:       Best grown in dry, sandy, well-drained soils in full sun.  Tolerates a wide range of soils except poorly-drained which will lead to root rot.  Spreads by runners but is not considered invasive in cooler northern climates.  Shear off flower stems after bloom to shape foliage.  Will self-seed if spent blooms are not removed.  No serious insect or disease problems.
