Why you need this plant:         A surprise for the late summer garden. A clump-forming, well-branched perennial that produces masses of cup-shaped, semi-double, purplish-pink blooms rising high above the dark green foliage.

 
Planting Info:       All like deep, moisture retentive soil.  Apply a winter mulch in cold climates.  Provide some shading from mid-day sun in hot areas.  Divide every 3-4 years digging deeply and replant immediately.
